QiDE PODs300i is a customized system designed to clean and dry the PODs that are used in the wafer fab manufacturing industry. In the inside of the machine, there is a carousel which is separated into 2 levels installed in the middle of the process chamber. The carousel is accessible from the front of the machine via an automatic sliding door. The loading and unloading are done by hand. Cleaning takes place via a nozzle system which is supplied with hot Dl water or cleaning agents which can be customized according to user required specifications.
